We won't make his story go very deep.
But, he looks bad in the beginning, but turned out he
all ment it for the good.

He is a high member of the DAC (Daemon Assassinating Community)
And he will play quite a nice role in the movie.

The General is really Dr. Russel MacLean.

He saw the daemons as a child. He wasn't beleived, and so never talked about them. He became a doctor, and looked for daemons in his spare time. One time, he saw one kill some humans, so he formed the Citizen's Army for Disposal of Daemons with some friends that could also see them. They hunted down and trapped the daemons, killing them brutally.

In the story, he gets captured and taken to the citadel. Vaizakk senentces him to death, and traps him in the gaol. Myroel saves him, but the General punches him, causing Vaizakk to find his unconsious body later. The general escapes and gets his society together to prepare for war. The Daemon army approaches (the climax of the film), and suddenly, everyone can see them. Only these six remain calm, and start shooting. In the battle, the General dies.
